The hotel is located in the centre of Kyoto, within walking distance of the Kyoto Imperial Palace and Nijo Castle. The nearest subway station, Karasuma-Oike, is within 2 minutes' walk. JR Kyoto Station can be accessed via a 5-minute subway ride from Karasuma-Oike station. The rooms have been recently renovated, which gives the hotel a clean look. All rooms are air conditioned and well kept. High-speed Internet access is available in all rooms. There is two restaurants in the hotel, one is Italian restaurant, the other is Japanese
restaurant. The hotel itself is not very large. The building is a white and light brown 9-storey mid-rise building, and looks quite clean. The lobby is small in size with a small check-in counter. There is a small coffee shop and restaurant attached to the lobby.
