On Anzac Avenue a 10 minute walk to Queen Street. Very close to the Auckland University campus. Rooms are medium size, and in a good condition. All bathrooms have showers over bathtubs. Many rooms have views over the port to the harbour. Zoe's Brasserie and Bar located adjacent to the lobby it is fairly small, decorated in contemporary style. Mid 1970's style cream mid-rise buliding with balconies. A Small but functional lobby. A standard 3 star tourist property, located a few minutes from the centre of the CBD and harbour area.
