Why should I prepay for my booking?
The special arrangements with hotel partners which make these great rates possible require payment at time of confirmation.
How do I reserve my hotel room?
Making an online reservation with Cityresorthotels.com is easy. Just complete and send the reservation form making sure that you have given us
your e-mail address and a valid credit card. Making a reservation through Cityresorthotels.com requires payment with a credit card. Please
read our Terms and Conditions before making payment.
How do I amend or cancel a reservation?
Amendments or cancellations are made via email. To request a change to your reservation, kindly send an email to reservations@cityresorthotels.com
with a copy of your original confirmation.
What sort of acknowledgement will I receive when I book a hotel room?
Once you confirm the reservation the payment will be processed. We will send you a confirmation reservation confirmation email by email.
A copy will also be directly sent to the hotel you made a reservation with. You should print your reservation confirmation email, which you will be
asked to present to the front desk upon check-in. A reservation confirmation email details the hotel information, reservation details and price
conditions.
How do I know if my hotel reservation is confirmed?
We will send you a confirmation reservation confirmation email. This email will include the hotel information, dates and details of your reservation .
Note that the reservation confirmation email must be kept with you as proof of payment for your accommodation.
Do I need to confirm my booking with the hotel directly?
No. The Confirmation Reservation confirmation email printed from the confirmation email is all you need.
How long does it take to get a confirmation?
Just seconds. After confirming your reservation and payment, immediately check your email inbox for the reservation confirmation email.
How do I check on a booking?
You can forward your reservation confirmation email to reservations@cityresorthotels.com.
Our helpdesk will contact you immediately.
How do I cancel a reservation?
The standard cancellation deadline, not in trade fair or special event periods, 12:00 hours London time 3 days before arrival. Bookings
cancelled later than this are subject to a minimum charge of the 3 nights of the booked period per room cancelled. Bookings changed within
the cancellation deadline but so the arrival date is no longer within the cancellation deadline period will still attract a cancellation charge for
at least the first of any unused nights. Non standard cancellation deadlines may apply from time to time. These will be advised in our
prices and on the affected bookings. Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supersede those stated here.
How about the Credit Cards Refunds?
Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account. An admin fee of 5% will be charged. All credit card refunds
will be processed in a timely manner. For more information of the refund, feel free to contact our Helpdesk on
info@cityresorthotels.com.
Do children receive discounted rates?
The policy regarding child reductions varies from hotel to hotel. Where these discounts apply, they are passed on to you. This can be verified on the
hotel booking detail screen where the booking total is confirmed prior to payment being taken.
How safe are my credit card details?
For secure online payment, we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to ensure the privacy of the information provided to us. At no time are your debit/credit
card details transmitted unencrypted over the internet.
Are the rates on your site per person or per room per night?
The rate will reflect the number of persons you entered on the Search Form. It is for one person if you selected one person and it's for two people
if you selected two people.
Are taxes included in the rate?
Yes. Taxes and service charge are included in our special Internet rates.
My credit card number is correct, but it is not accepted. Why?
There are a few possibilities, Your card type is not accepted by cityresorthotels, The card expiration date precedes the reservation date, you
have reached your credit limit or there is a computer error.
